Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Books — All Sales Final

All digital products — including the "198 AI Prompts for Business" PDF, downloadable books, prompt libraries, templates, courses, and any other digital or electronic materials — are sold on a final-sale basis. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after purchase. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate access to and delivery of the digital product, and you acknowledge that your statutory right to withdraw (where any such right exists) is waived upon delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Defective or Inaccessible Files

If a file is corrupted, undeliverable, or cannot be accessed, contact hello@spectrummedialabs.pro within 14 days of purchase and we will repair the file or re-send the download link at no cost.

3. Booked Services (Consultations and Engagements)

For booked professional services — including consultations, audits, strategy sessions, and similar engagements — refunds are governed by the following timing rule:

• Cancellation 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled start time: full refund.
• Cancellation 6 calendar days or fewer before the scheduled start time: no refund.
• No-show or failure to attend the scheduled session: no refund.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@spectrummedialabs.pro and are effective on the date the email is received by us. The "scheduled start time" is the start time confirmed at the time of booking, in the time zone shown on the confirmation.

4. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available if requested at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time. Reschedule requests received within 6 calendar days of the scheduled start time are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or that a charge was unauthorized, contact hello@spectrummedialabs.pro within 30 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund of the duplicate or unauthorized charge.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Services.
