    Within a working day you get a reply with clarifying questions, or a short call proposal if the task is bigger than a message.

    Scope and estimate

    A one-page scope: what we'll do, in what order, what it costs and what result we'll report against.

    Kick-off

    Once agreed, we start within the week: a shared board, a weekly check-in and previews at every stage.
