Contract and Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. ТОО «ГАММАГРУП» (the "Contractor"), BIN 230240007536, Республика Казахстан, offers any capable individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to enter into an agreement for the provision of information and consulting services and digital content under the terms of this public offer.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is considered to be any of the following actions by the Customer: filling out the application form on the website, paying for a service/product, downloading digital materials, or using the Services. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this agreement and policies.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with access to digital products (PDF books, templates, prompt libraries), online courses, consultations, and other information services listed on the Spectrum Media Labs website.

2.2. Digital products are delivered electronically (via email or through a personal account/download link) within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Course access opens according to the schedule specified on the course page.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Customer undertakes to: provide accurate contact information; pay for services on time; not transfer login credentials or access to digital materials to third parties; not reproduce, distribute, or resell digital products without the Contractor's written consent.

3.2. The Contractor undertakes to: provide the paid digital product or service access within the specified timeframes; ensure technical availability of materials; maintain the confidentiality of Customer data.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. The price of services/products is listed in U.S. dollars (USD) on the relevant website pages. The actual amount charged may depend on the bank/payment system exchange rate and fees charged by the payment provider (PayPal).

4.2. Payment is considered completed once funds are credited to the Contractor's/agent's account. The Customer receives an electronic confirmation after payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Digital products (PDFs, templates, prompts, recordings) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they are delivered in an unchangeable form and cannot be returned. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to immediate access provision.

5.2. Consultations and online courses: cancellation 7 or more calendar days before the start — full refund; cancellation 6 days or less — no refund; no-show — no refund. Refund requests should be sent to hello@spectrummedialabs.pro.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials (texts, images, videos, PDFs, courses, prompts) are the intellectual property of the Contractor or its licensors. The Customer receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal/internal use.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The Contractor processes personal data (name, email, phone, Telegram/WhatsApp, payment details) solely for the performance of the agreement, provision of services, record-keeping, and compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.2. Data is not transferred to third parties except as required by law or to payment and postal services necessary for contract performance (PayPal, email providers, hosting).

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions in the Services caused by technical failures, provider actions, or force majeure circumstances.

8.2. The Contractor does not guarantee specific commercial results from the use of digital products or consultations.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no settlement is possible, the dispute shall be considered by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of the Contractor in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan.

10. Changes and Contacts

10.1. The Contractor may amend the terms of this agreement and policies. The current version is published on the /legal page. Continued use of the Services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
